Job Description:
Hello future candidate,
We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the Italian Business Team in our Barcelona Office, starting in April/May 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact with your hotel's portfolio.
* Follow up daily on sales and allotments.
* Negotiate new offers with hotel partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize visibility of offers.
* Monitor competitors to keep your portfolio competitive.
* Develop action plans to improve sales for underperforming hotels and regions.
* Create attractive and creative offers for customers.
* Analyze portfolio KPIs and performance.
* Report directly to the Area Manager.
Candidate Profile:
* Languages: Italian (fluent) and high-level English.
* At least 2 years of experience in a commercial development role involving negotiation.
* Good account management skills and willingness to go the extra mile for hotel partners.
* Target-driven, analytical, stress-resistant, and a good multitasker.
* Experience in tourism is a plus, but candidates from other sectors are welcome.
