Position Overview:
Reporting directly to IT Manager, our future Site IT Support Analyst will be responsible to provide support to Valladolid and nearby locations in different areas and deliver flawless IT projects execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all systems are monitored and maintained to guarantee the integrity and security of company data.
* Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of networking infrastructure.
* Managing and ensuring 1st class service levels are provided to support all customers.
* Performing his activity in compliance to ISMS and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
* Ensuring all corporate standards are adhered to.
* Ensuring 1st class 1st line support and problem analysis/rectification is provided using corporate incident logging application.
* Ensuring documentation and procedures are maintained and improved upon to enable smooth operations, sustain a knowledge base, self-reliance and an accruable history database.
* Delivering accurate IT project planning and flawless execution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 years' work experience in IT System Support Environment.
* Preferable IT Project Management experience.
* Hardware – Servers and SAN, Cisco switches and wireless networking, workstations & Laptops.
* Software: VMware, Windows Server, MS SQL, Windows Workstations & MS Office.
* Comms – Cisco networking experience including Switches, TCP/IP protocol, DHCP, DNS, Wireless Access point.
* Cabling – structured cabling system, category 6 Ethernet & fibre.
* Fluent English and Spanish. (Written & Spoken)
* Qualifications: Preferred – ITIL; MCSE/MCSA/MCP; VCP.
* Qualifications: Required – Degree in Computer Science, related engineering or formal IT related education.
