In doing so, we assist companies, foundations, institutions, and scientific associations in pushing the boundaries of their projects and carrying out their transformation processes.Job DescriptionThe Account Director leads the strategy, growth, and execution of client accounts within the Health sector. Acting as the primary strategic advisor, this role ensures the agency delivers innovative, high-quality solutions while driving profitability and business expansion. The Account Director also manages and develops a high-performing team to maintain operational excellence across all projects.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Client Leadership- Develops, champions, and implements account strategies for Health clients, influencing key decisions.- Identifies growth opportunities and new business within existing accounts and potential clients.- Ensures consistency and alignment across all client communications and initiatives (“One Voice”).Team Management & Leadership- Leads, motivates, and develops the account team, setting clear goals, processes, and sharing best practices.- Manages recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional growth of team members.Planning, Execution & Operations- Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and materials.- Oversees strategic and tactical planning, integrating emerging technologies where relevant.- Manages account profitability, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize financial outcomes.- Presents strategic and tactical plans clearly and persuasively to clients.Client Relationships & Representation- Builds and strengthens relationships with Health clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value.- Represents the agency at industry associations, events, and conferences relevant to Health.Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications within the Health sector.- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Sciences (postgraduate in communications/marketing/advertising preferred).- Deep knowledge of business trends, marketing channels, and digital technologies applied to Health.- Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.- Advanced English proficiency.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.Nice-to-Have:- Advanced English proficiency (to be assessed during the interview).- Knowledge of media planning tools such as Kantar Tom-Micro, Galileo, EGM, or similar, ideally applied to the health sector.- Previous experience in agencies or clients in pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or health products.Additional InformationWhy join us?
