Overview
As an Account Manager you will have to apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning and all media campaigns across all media channels. In return the agency will offer training opportunities to support your professional development including coaching by senior leaders. Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is also an important part of this role.
Responsibilities
* Establish a direct relationship with the client's marketing team, both with the global media team and the marketing team of the products of their responsibility.
* Develop an overall strategy as well as media rationales.
* Set an optimal application of strategic lines.
* Coordinate global level of all the brand's series of products.
* Coordinate with the Planning Unit for the development and purchase of media campaigns.
* Coordinate the different disciplines of a communication plan and give a holistic vision to the client.
* Estimate needs and characteristics required for the defined objectives.
* Monitor and evaluate the objectives.
* Handle budgetary control of your brands and coordinate / approve billing.
* Suggest proposals for improvement.
* Manage all market sources.
* Contact media.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or around 4‑6 years of experience managing clients, showing clear client orientation.
* At least 2 years of experience as a manager, preferably in international accounts.
* Multimedia capacity, high media planning knowledge, with a focus on Digital environment.
* Proficiency in English (B2 or more). This will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
* Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
* Strong strategist skills.
