About the Role We are looking for a proactive Partnership & Business Development Manager based in Madrid who will be responsible for identifying new partners, building relationships, and launching collaborative projects.
This is a high-communication, people-facing role that combines online outreach and offline networking — from social media communication to attending meetings and industry events.
Initiate and develop joint projects and collaborations
Communicate via social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking sessions in Madrid
Coordinate communication between different stakeholders within projects
Experience in business development, partnerships, or communications
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Experience using social media as a communication tool (not just content posting)
Spanish — working proficiency (B1+ minimum)
English — fluent
Ukrainian or Russian
Not afraid of outreach, cold communication, and networking
