At Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistic Iberica we are looking for a Life Cycle Planning.
You will be responsible for all planning activities within the Life Cycle planning processes, like; Production and parts relocations, procurement cost optimization, insolvencies and production phasing out. You find solutions and concepts for the logistical and economic handling of the Life Cycle-processes.
Your main functions will be:
1. Coordination and steering of business transactions within the Life Cycle procurement processes.
2. Elaborating of solutions and drafts (logistics and administrative) to complete relocations and insolvencies worldwide in cooperation with several interfaces (Technic, Development, Product management, Purchase, MB plants, Controlling etc.)
3. Evaluation of discontinuation and price requests of external suppliers and working out economic solutions for those requests
4. Contact person within GSP/OD for all bridge and final buys of spare parts within the regular assortment.
5. Drafting of presentations for GSP management depending on existing regulations and approval levels.
Qualifikationen
Minimum requirements:
6. University degree in Logistic or Business Administration.
7. Advanced know-how about processes within the whole GCSP supply chain
8. Analytical and structured approach as well as target oriented acting
9. Negotiation skills with all relevant interfaces (technical, purchasing, marketing department etc.).
10. Conflict and analytical resolution skills.
11. Resilience and flexibility outside of standard processes.
12. Confident in decision-making.
13. Independent way of working with a strong ability to work in a team.
14. Business fluent knowledge in Spanish, English and (preferred) German is necessary.
15. High social competence.
