Responsibilities
* Build and optimize marketing funnels and lead generation processes
* Generate high-quality MQLs for sales and regional teams
* Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
* Create and maintain sales & marketing materials: pitch decks, landing pages, presentations and promo kits
* Launch regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
* Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
* Maintain accurate CRM and funnel data
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
* Hands-on experience with funnels, lead generation, and analytics
* Understanding of B2B or B2B2C marketing
* Strong analytical and execution skills
