Responsibilities
Define and drive the marketing strategy for the company's specialty portfolio, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business objectives.
Lead the development and execution of brand plans, including forecasting, positioning, segmentation, lifecycle management and competitive strategy.
Oversee launch readiness for upcoming indications and new products, ensuring cross functional alignment (Medical, Market Access, Sales, CX).
Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team, fostering analytical excellence, innovation and strategic thinking.
Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless integration of marketing and field strategy, maximizing impact on patient and prescriber engagement.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other internal stakeholders to drive coordinated brand initiatives.
Leverage deep market analysis, customer insights and data to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including scientific societies, expert groups, patient organizations and hospital networks.
Promote a modern marketing approach, including digital initiatives, omnichannel engagement and patient activation programs.
Drive initiatives focused on understanding and optimizing the patient journey, identifying barriers to diagnosis, referral and treatment.
