Application Production Support ASTEK Iberia is looking for an Application Production Support specialist to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.
Main Responsibilities Production support for core banking applications and application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
Deployments, testing, and obsolescence management for new projects and SaaS solutions.
Handling user requests and internal client support, including product usage, configuration, software updates, and third‐party integrations.
Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA, working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
Performance tuning, root cause analysis, and root‐cause analysis.
Technical Environment Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux.
Databases: SQL, Oracle.
Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, JIRA, Dynatrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD.
Collaboration tools: Teams, Outlook.
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
Experience in banking or other critical environments is highly valued.
Solid knowledge of SQL and Oracle (basic‐to‐intermediate DBA level) and Windows and Linux servers.
Experience with ITIL framework and SLAs.
Good level of English.
Availability to work one day a week at the Madrid office.
