In return, we offer you opportunities to grow, develop, and build your career. brKey Responsibilities: brBuild, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with sandwich panel manufacturers, acting as the primary commercial contact. brDeliver on ambitious sales targets and drive profitable growth for ROCKWOOL Core Solutions' stone wool products in sandwich panel applications. brConduct detailed account planning, regularly reporting on sales pipeline, forecasting, and market trends to inform strategy. brResponsible for initiating and driving the product innovation process when client requirements demand new or modified solutions, defining scope and requirements and coordinating relevant departments (R D, Product Management, Operations, Marketing) to ensure timely and commercially viable delivery. brNegotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and supply terms, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction. brCollaborate closely with local ROCKWOOL specification teams to ensure effective promotion and specification of stone wool solutions within targeted projects. brOversee and support specification activities conducted by local teams interacting with architects, system designers, and other technical influencers. brProactively secure active advocacy for ROCKWOOL Core Solutions in all relevant project stages, participating in stakeholder meetings to reinforce technical expertise and strengthen client relationships. brProvide technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. brCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Service —to ensure seamless service delivery and rapid problem resolution. brMonitor and analyze market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting offsite construction and sandwich panel solutions. brRepresent ROCKWOOL Core Solutions professionally at industry events, trade shows, and external forums relevant to the modular construction sector. This is who you are brBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; Master's degree is advantageous. brMinimum 5 years of progressive B2 B sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably with direct exposure to sandwich panels, modular/volumetric building systems, or offsite construction technologies. brDemonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets, managing high-value accounts, and negotiating complex sales agreements. brStrong technical aptitude regarding stone wool solutions and their application in modern construction systems. brExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels. brTeam Player with commercial acumen, customer-centric approach, and solution-driven mindset. brProficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamics (CRM) and Power Bi. brLanguage skills in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. brWillingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned area of responsibility and beyond.
