In this role, you will steer the monetization of mobile free-to-play titles to maximize revenue while preserving engaging player experiences. You’ll work with an international team to design offers, analyze performance, and shape the economic system and live events. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to balance player satisfaction with business goals. This is an opportunity to impact monetization strategy at Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile and contribute to a top-tier mobile portfolio.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with F2P/mobile games is a plus
• Strong Excel skills are a plus
• Experience with data analysis is a plus
• Knowledge of F2P mobile market and industry trends
• Knowledge of game design, balancing, pacing, and monetization for F2P games
• Interest in live ops and monetization in mobile games
• xpzdshu Rigorous, logical mindset; strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with Agile experience and good communication
• Attention to detail, organized, able to multi-task and adapt to change
• Fluent English
• Bonus: Videogames design degree or equivalent; experience with mobile game development; experience with live ops
