FUNCTIONS
The SAP WM Business Analyst is the primary liaison between their respective functional areas and the Information Technology department. This role translates business processes and requirements into system functionality. The position supports global functional areas by analyzing needs, documenting requirements, and designing and implementing solutions, often of a very complex nature.
This role is often called upon to design solutions to accommodate global requirements within the standard SAP functionality stack.
Responsibilities
* Act as the expert second-line support for Revlon’s WM business processes.
* Provide technical guidance on WM processes.
* Conduct impact assessments for change requests and propose cost-effective solutions.
* Lead, evaluate, develop, test, and implement developments following validation procedures.
* Seek funding for change requests requiring additional investment and develop project plans, including risk assessment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design SAP MM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
* Deliver high-quality services and solutions to meet business objectives.
* Lead WM implementation and rollout projects.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve system or application problems.
* Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with team members.
* Provide ongoing support for WM functionalities.
* Debug issues and optimize performance.
* Define, analyze, develop, and document new systems and customized programs to meet business needs.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields; equivalent experience/training considered.
* At least 8+ years of configuration experience with SAP ECC WM/IM.
* 4+ full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations in WM/IM.
* Strong knowledge of SAP ECC integration with MM, PP, SD, QM, FI, and external systems via APIs/BAPIs.
* Experience with non-SAP Warehouse Management Systems and PLC/Robot integrations.
* Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies.
* Deep understanding of WM business processes.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
