Job Description Summary The role of the Technical Service trainee is to support the technical services team in their daily tasks such as repairing instruments or responding to customer queries. This will involve learning how to use diagnostic equipment used for testing, calibrating and maintaining medical devices. The trainee will also learn how to identify problems and provide solutions for instrument issues. Additionally, they will be responsible for keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each device.
