Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments. Collaborate in cross-functional teams, contributing in multiple areas. Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile processes. Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence. Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value. Engage in continuous learning and process improvement. Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes. Promote transparency and coordinate efforts with other teams. Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration. Share ownership of the product, including successes and failures.
