Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities:
* Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
* Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a Project Manager.
* Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
* Support daily operations, onboarding, and training for Production Partners.
Experience:
* Project Management and Business Analyst experience in the IT sector.
* Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Experience working in SCRUM environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* LMS platform experience is a plus.
