Experteer Overview In this remote role in the UK or Spain, you bridge business strategy and the RevOps platform, acting as a senior BA with a focus on Salesforce-driven processes. You will design and evolve the Lead-to-Cash ecosystem, partnering with Architecture and business functions to reduce manual work through automation and AI. Your expertise in CPQ/CLM with Conga and Salesforce will drive efficiency, data integrity, and compliance across Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role offers strategic influence, ownership over data governance, and a chance to shape a high-impact RevOps platform for a global data center business.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Translate long-term platform strategy into actionable requirements and user stories, aligning Sales, Finance, and Operations capabilities • Identify inefficiencies and design future-state processes leveraging automation and AI to reduce manual input • Own and optimize Lead-to-Cash processes, with emphasis on Conga CPQ, CLM, Revenue, and Billing within Salesforce • Lead requirements lifecycle, ensure alignment with technical design, and enforce data governance for RevOps data • Collaborate with Platform Architect to deliver platform enhancements within an agile framework • Serve as the functional expert for Conga Quote-to-Cash within the Salesforce ecosystem • Drive data accuracy, reporting reliability, and regulatory/compliance considerations across RevOps • Act as a Scrum Master or key contributor in sprint planning and backlog refinement when needed
Responsabilidades • Senior BA or Solutions Specialist or equivalent RevOps experience with Salesforce focus • Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Platform with declarative automation tools • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are desirable • Hands-on experience with an enterprise Quote-to-Cash solution; Conga CPQ/CLM/Revenue/Billing a strong plus • Industry familiarity with data centers, telecommunications, or REITs is preferred • Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum experience
