Your responsibilities :
Pre-Sale :
* Provide remote technical support to internal clients (sales, contact center, etc.) and external clients, assisting with product sales and resolving questions related to features, suitability, usage, and maintenance.
* Prepare technical studies, including drafting budgets, designing projects, and related documentation.
Post-Sale :
* Offer remote technical advice to meet client needs.
* Support equipment commissioning remotely.
* Diagnose reported faults and suggest solutions.
* Provide remote support to external technical services.
* Configure electronic equipment.
* Adjust and regulate control elements.
* Review electrical and hydraulic wiring.
* Handle chemicals necessary for equipment operation.
* Perform adjustments on equipment at heights over 2 meters.
* Guide external clients and advise remotely during installation.
Training :
* Prepare general and ad-hoc training sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Conduct client training sessions, coordinated annually with the FCE training manager.
* Conduct internal team training sessions, also coordinated annually.
Contact Center :
Provide technical support via calls, offering product information, spare part references, datasheets, and other inquiries.
Testing :
* Test new products launched to the market.
* Provide product conclusion reports.
* Analyze potential issues and solutions.
Requirements :
* Technical Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in a technical department.
* English proficiency at B2 level.
* Focus on customer satisfaction.
* Effective communication skills in high-demand environments.
* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Experience with Call Center tools.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Service module or similar tools.
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (AS400 or others) is a plus.
