This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven sales analytics and customer development, working closely with our Head of Accounts, Key Account Managers, and other experienced professionals in the field. /ppbr/ppYour responsibilities /ppbr/pullibSales Reporting: /b Create and maintain both standardized and ad hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and business relevance. Analyse data to identify key insights and highlights. /lilibCommercial Strategy Development: /b Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans for assigned key accounts, contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement and drive business and category growth. /lilibCross-functional Collaboration: /b Work closely with teams such as Trade Marketing, Customer Trade, and Operations to ensure alignment on customer needs and successful execution of initiatives. /lilibSales Support: /b Assist in the sales process, including the preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. /lilibAdministrative Support: /b Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Head of Accounts and Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth coordination and execution, while also contributing to the achievement of growth objectives and the overall PL performance of a clients. /lilibAmazon / E-commerce support: /b /liliEnsure product availability and Buy Box ownership, managing stock issues, listings, and retailer communication /liliMonitor business performance (1P 3P), analyse data and identify growth opportunities /liliOptimize and maintain product content across platforms, ensuring high-quality execution /liliManage daily operations including promotions, ASIN master data, and issue resolution /liliSupport new product launches (NPDs), ensuring proper listing, availability, and coordination across teams /liliResolve operational issues such as PO errors, logistics discrepancies, and pricing inconsistencies /li /ulpbr/ppbThe experience we are looking for /b /ppbr/pulliEducated to minimum bachelor degree level (completion or near completion) in a business related subject. /liliEnglish: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken) /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail is critical. /liliConfidence, maturity, tenacity /liliPassion to understand consumer products and the FMCG marketplace /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills for success /b /pulliPassionate about sales /lilibStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) for reporting and analysis. /b /lilibStrong analytical skills /b /liliEager to learn, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliAbility to work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppbr/ppWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
