About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive position to join our Rooms Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check‑in/check‑out, accurate room assignments, and seamless guest service.
* Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring and performance management to deliver consistent excellence.
* Oversee Opera system, maintain data accuracy, control rates and ensure SOP compliance.
* Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
* Control departmental budget, monitor performance and optimise resources to maximise efficiency and profitability.
About You
* Previous experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment, familiar with LQA, Forbes, or FHR standards.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking skills, able to perform efficiently under pressure.
* Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional appearance and guest‑focused mindset, calm and approachable, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
