Overview Director, General Marketing CIDP (m/f/x) – Pharma. The role is part of argenx's GLOBAL Commercialization team, focusing on the CIDP portfolio (VYVGART (efgartigimod) and empasiprubart) with responsibility for strategy development, global promotional campaigns, disease state awareness, messaging platforms, and brand planning across key markets. Reports to the Portfolio Marketing CIDP Commercial Lead.

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of disease state strategy, messaging, and tactics to optimize market development for CIDP prior to and after launch, in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Lead the branded strategy, messaging platforms, and core promotional materials for VYVGART and eventually empasiprubart, in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Support Launch Excellence and share learnings for VYVGART as product launches continue across key markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with country and regional marketing teams and maintain knowledge of these customer markets.
Partner with market research and regions to validate insights to develop, strengthen and advance strategy, messaging and campaigns.
Identify commercial risks or issues and mitigate with customized strategies in partnership with regional leadership.
Support CIDP indication development and life-cycle management with key commercial insights in coordination with local and regional teams.
Identify opportunities to maximize execution synergies across indications, regions, and internal functions.
Lead the annual OGSM and AOP process.
Develop and manage the CIDP portfolio marketing budget to support activities and requirements.

Education & Experience BS/BA degree (science or business preferred); MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial roles in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Experience managing external agency partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and programs.
Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to influence without authority and work across functions; launch readiness and global marketing experience are pluses.
Travel: approximately 25%.
