Pstrong OllecoBunge, /strong a company dedicated to the collection and recycling of used cooking oil, is looking for a strong System Accountant. /strong /p pstrong Principle Accountabilities: /strong /p ulli Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner. /li /ul pstrong Key Tasks: /strong /p ulli Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools /lili Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors /lili Responsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes /lili Support design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations, business analysis and decision-making processes. /lili Responsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principles /lili Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards /lili Support development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvements /lili Work with IT, operations, external vendors, EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and integrations /lili Undertake other reasonable duties as requested /li /ul pstrong Behavioural Characteristics: /strong /p ulli Curious analytical mindset /lili Organised and proactive. /lili Positive and results focused. /lili Takes personal ownership of own performance. /lili Excellent communication skills; ability to engage at all levels and challenge when necessary. /lili Able to work safely at all times. /lili Team player. /li /ul pstrong Qualifications: /strong /p ulli Required: /lili Finance qualification – degree or vocational qualification (e.g. grado superior) /lili Experience using and supporting finance systems /lili Desirable: /lili Prior experience as a systems accountant /lili Experience working in finance within the waste or logistics industries. /lili Experience using Infor M3 and/or other Infor applications /lili Experience of project delivery /lili Fluent in Spanish.
