Sales Manager Recyclable Plastics Trade, based in Barcelona, Spain (remote position)

Present on 3 continents and trading in over 20 countries, with a recycling facility based in the United Kingdom since 2017. Specialising in the collection and recycling of various plastic waste from manufacturing, packing, and warehousing industries worldwide.

Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Prospecting: Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Supporting the sales team, preparing, and distributing material offers to customers worldwide.
2. Customer Engagement: Managing inbound inquiries, cold-calling prospects, and building long-term relationships.
3. Data & CRM Management: Tracking market trends, customer interactions, and sales performance.
4. Negotiating & Closing Deals: Learning commodities trading and developing sales strategies.
5. Collaborating Across Teams: Working closely with sales leaders, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred).
* Hunting mentality, comfortable with outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Strong commercial awareness and keen interest in trading, recycling, or sustainability.
* Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and think strategically.
* Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Highly organized with strong time management skills.
