At ASTEK Iberia, we are hiring a Senior R Developer to work on the transformation of statistical software into robust, industrialized R solutions within a quality-driven environment in the healthcare sector.

Main responsibilities:
* Migrate SAS applications into scalable R packages
* Translate statistical logic into clean, maintainable R code
* Ensure functional equivalence between SAS and R outputs
* Contribute to validation processes, documentation, and QA deliverables
* Apply best practices in testing, version control, and reproducibility
Who are you?
* Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field
* 7+ years of experience in statistical software development or validation
* Advanced expertise in R programming
* Strong background in statistics, biostatistics, or applied mathematics
* Proven experience in SAS to R migration
* Experience in regulated or quality-focused environments
* High level of autonomy and analytical rigor
* English: C1 (required)
