Tasks
- Provide detailed and actionable feedback on vehicle behavior to ensure attribute targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to optimize vehicle dynamics, chassis setups and other performance attributes.
- Perform on-track and on-road testing, including at overseas locations.
- Assist in the preparation of test vehicles, including initial setups and post-test evaluations.
- Document findings and recommendations thoroughly for engineering teams.
- Adhere to Health and Safety legislation and uphold Outrigo’s workplace standards.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive professional experience as a development or test driver within an OEM, Tier-one supplier or testing facility.
- Proven expertise in evaluating and fine-tuning vehicle attributes such as ride, handling, NVH and powertrain performance.
- Exceptional understanding of vehicle dynamics, including suspension systems, tires and steering performance.
- Strong ability to communicate technical feedback clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written reports.
- Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with additional experience in using Atlassian software being advantageous.
- Valid driving license with high-performance or racing certifications as a bonus.
