Job Summary
Sephora Iberia (LVMH), a global leader in beauty retail with 150 stores across Iberia, is looking to hire an Portuguese speaking E-commerce Content Manager based in Madrid, focused on the Portuguese market website. The candidate will manage the Content Management System (CMS) of a large e-commerce platform such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The role includes
- Managing and scheduling content for Sephora Portugal's website and app.
- Suggesting campaigns when needed.
- Executing both Sephora and brand campaigns/animations, in coordination with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commercial/Trade teams, and Supply Chain.
- Working with external partners such as media agencies, including briefing and execution.
Key responsibilities also include
- Customer Rate Optimization tactics.
- Integration of content with media campaigns & CRM efforts.
Candidate requirements
- Based in Madrid and work from Sephora's headquarters.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- C1 level English.
- Medium level of Spanish.
MISSION
Expert in managing the CMS, contribute to the editorial and promotional content of the Web and App, executing Sephora animations as well as brand animations, in coordination with transversal teams and in line with the department objectives, working to promote the ecommerce business (Web & App) in Sephora Portugal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning of the editorial and promotional calendar within Web & App.
- Daily content update on the web and app: campaigns and animations execution ensuring an excellent customer journey.
- Contribute blog and editorial content to be SEO optimized.
- Coordination with brands to establish web animation calendars and creative development of their brand spaces.
- Brief creative agency (briefings and execution) for the creation of digital pieces: banners, landings, emails.
- Conversion Rate Optimization tactics: coordinate implementation of sampling and GWPs.
- Integration of content with media campaigns and CRM efforts.
- Promote new animations to engage our customers.
