GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The O&M Data Governance and Reporting Specialist will support company's O&M activities as part of the Corporate O&M team. This role will focus on defining, implementing, and optimizing operational reporting and data governance procedures within the company's technological stack, ensuring efficiency, automation, and alignment with business needs. Set up BI-driven operational report templates that can be shared and accessed by stakeholders across the organization.
• Support the collection, preparation, and validation of data sets, ensuring high-quality inputs for operational reporting.
• Define and implement data governance procedures for managing operational data across the organization, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security.
• Identify data needs and gaps in collaboration with internal teams and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Establish clear protocols for data sharing with stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data needs and continuously enhance capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational reporting and data governance for offshore wind sites.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the use of reporting tools, templates, and data governance policies.
Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field) is required.
• Experience in operational reporting, data governance, analytics, or business intelligence within an industrial or energy sector. Understanding of onshore/offshore wind business is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) and reporting automation.
• Solid understanding of data management, governance frameworks, and reporting best practices.
• Experience with SCADA, PI System, or other industrial data management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
The company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. Travel to project sites may be required.
