PLC Programmer / Helpdesk Support.Location:Rubí, Barcelona(On-site).We are currently looking for aPLC Programmer / Helpdesk Support Engineerto join an innovative technology company based inRubí (Barcelona), specialized in liquid cooling systems for data centers and high-performance computing environments, particularly focused on AI, cloud, supercomputing, and hyperscalers.In this role, you will provide remote technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance to ensure system reliability and operational continuity.Provide remote technical support for PLC-controlled liquid cooling systems and high-performance computing environments.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and industrial communication networks.Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity and reliability of cooling infrastructure.Support commissioning, configuration, and maintenance of PLC programs and automation processes.Diagnose hardware and software incidents remotely and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.Assist customers and internal teams with technical inquiries, incident resolution, and system optimization.Collaborate with engineering, software, and operations teams to identify root causes and implement improvements.Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and troubleshooting procedures.Support preventive maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards in data center environments.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in PLC programming and/or helpdesk support.Strong experience working with Siemens PLCs.Experience with Schneider PLCs is highly valued.At least B2 english level.What do we offer you?At K-LAGAN, we want you to fully enjoy the experience of being part of our team, which is why we offer:Team-building activities.Ongoing support and follow-up.Career & Training Department offering a wide range of courses.Special events: Summer Dinner, Christmas Dinner, and Solidarity Day.Birthday off: Enjoy your day how, where, and with whom you like!Discounts on childcare, gym memberships, and more.
