About the Role

* Perform product demos, configure products, and execute operational tasks during demos. Ensure smooth demonstrations tailored to client needs.
* Take responsibility for responding to RFIs and RFPs. Improve response repository accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
* Engage with senior customer representatives. Present solutions aligned with their business goals.
* Develop compelling slide decks and presentations showcasing Peak3's platform capabilities and benefits.
* Ensure seamless transitions from Sales to Delivery as primary or shadow Business Analyst/Account Manager.
* Support initial implementation phases, manage handovers, and assist Product Managers and Project Managers.
* Support Business Development teams in prospecting efforts, market events, talks, and webinars.

What You Bring

* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance industry presales/customer onboarding.
* Good understanding of insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Experience managing and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
* Excellent spoken and written English and German required.
