The project!
As a Creative Operations Intern, your main responsibility will be to support the creative team, with a focus on props and soft furnishings. This role requieres a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual.
What will the role entail?
* Review opening packs and track all prop and soft furnishing deliveries, following up as needed to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Assist with ordering props and soft furnishings in line with opening pack specifications when required.
* Receive, collate, organize, and sort props and soft furnishings by SIS project.
* Coordinate and organize deliveries to the appropriate suppliers.
* Provide support with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process when required.
* Review and ensure all project-related expenses are accurately recorded and correctly allocated by project in Excel.
* Follow up with wholesale teams post-installation to confirm that all props and soft furnishings have been correctly installed and meet project requirements.
* Support the creative team with setups for seasonal showrooms, directives, and window installations when needed.
* Assist with the preparation of opening packs for retail openings or refits when required.

Requirements
* University degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture, Fashion Business/Fashion Marketing or similar
* Languages: high Level of English and Spanish (min. C1) is a must, any other languages are a big plus.
* IT Skills: high Level of Excel and any knowledge in SAP would be a big plus.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
