About This Role

We are looking for a professional experienced as UX & Customer Experience to lead the design and execution of a seamless, customer-centric digital experience in our ecommerce.

This role is pivotal in driving conversion optimization, customer satisfaction, and retention through data-driven UX strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing within an e-commerce environment.

This profile will be a bridge between customer, data and production.

Main Responsibilities

* Define and Execute a UX Strategy Aligned with Business Goals: Develop a UX strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives customer-centric digital experiences.
* Understand Ecommerce Possibilities: Analyze ecommerce possibilities and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer journeys.
* Conduct Customer Journey Analysis: Lead customer journey analysis initiatives to identify pain points and opportunities for growth.
* Develop a Conversion Optimization Roadmap: Create a data-driven roadmap to optimize conversions and improve customer satisfaction.
* Lead User Research Initiatives: Conduct A/B testing, heatmaps, and usability testing to inform UX decisions.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to enhance customer interactions.
* Champion Accessibility and Performance Optimization: Ensure accessibility, mobile-first design, and performance optimization best practices are followed.
* Monitor UX Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor UX performance metrics and refine user experiences.

Qualifications

* 8+ Years of Experience in UX/UI: Proven track record in e-commerce UX strategy and conversion optimization.
* Expertise in User Research Methodologies: Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.
* Experience Working in Agile Environments: Ability to work effectively in agile environments alongside developers and product teams.
* Understanding of SEO, Web Performance, and Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO, web performance, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
* Ability to Communicate Insights and Strategies: Ability to communicate insights and strategies to C-level stakeholders.
* Experience with CRO Tools: Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, GA4, Content Quare, UserTesting, Optimizely, Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
* Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms: Understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and personalization strategies.
