Your responsibilities and tasks: We are seeking an Interim Identity and Access Management Expert to ensure the definition and implementation of audit-proof processes for identity and access management (IAM). In this critical role, you will be accountable for the operational management of company identities and access authorizations for IT systems, including their regular and governance-compliant certification—from conception to implementation and reporting.
You will play a key part in ensuring that GEA organizational identities and access authorizations are managed securely and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities Oversee operational management of company identities and IT system access authorizations, ensuring regular and governance-compliant certification.
Drive continuous standardization, optimization, and automation of IAM processes and methods, ensuring their mapping in the IAM system.
Monitor compliance with defined permissions in sensitive areas (privileged access) according to the "need to know" principle.
Advise operational departments on risk identification and mitigation in authorization concepts.
Collaborate closely with business areas including information security, risk management, compliance, data protection, legal, HR, and IT system administrators.
Define roles and permission levels for support teams involved in service support models.
Review and reply to customer comments through various communication channels (e.g., Intranet).
Approve changes presented in CAB meetings related to identities and access.
Share business and customer challenges with the Service Delivery team and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your profile and qualifications: Please submit your application in English if you have:
Experience with Omada Identity and BeyondTrust product suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
IT Security Certifications advantageous (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, CISA).
5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing role-based authorization models in IAM systems.
Experience with authorization and authentication procedures for networks, computers, and applications.
Strong know-how in managing access permissions in Microsoft Active Directory / Azure and SAP.
Experience in O365 and Azure Security.
Familiarity with security standards such as ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and SOX.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English required, local language is a plus.
Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
