Quest is seeking a highly energetic and collaborative Regional Channel Account Manager to join the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team, focusing on the South region. This pivotal role contributes to our sales and business development strategies by expanding our partner network in EMEA.
The development of Quest’s partner ecosystem is essential for our success. The Channel Account Manager will build and nurture strategic partnerships with key regional partners, manage existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop executive-level relationships.
This role involves defining go-to-market strategies, driving engagement and sales in collaboration with regional sales teams, and coordinating efforts across partners and internal teams such as Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Operations. The individual will work within the Information Management Business Unit, which rapidly grows in AI, Data Management, Data Operations & DevOps solutions.
Reporting to the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Director, the ideal candidate must be based in Spain with a strong network and knowledge of the Iberian partner ecosystem. Experience in a similar Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software company is preferred.
Responsibilities :
* Identify, recruit, and manage specialized partners to drive growth.
* Develop and execute joint business plans and GTM strategies.
* Ensure partner adherence to Quest’s partner program requirements.
* Build strategic relationships and collaborate on sales opportunities.
* Drive lead generation, account planning, and partner onboarding.
* Establish regular executive interlock activities.
* Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Create annual business plans for each focus partner.
* Support regional partner activities.
Minimum Requirements :
* Proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships within the software industry.
* Experience in sales or consulting, with a focus on Data & AI space.
* Willingness to travel.
* At least 10+ years working with partners and selling into strategic accounts.
* Strong understanding of Data & AI solutions and go-to-market planning.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business acumen skills.
* Master’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Requirements :
* Existing relationships with Data & AI partners and joint business development experience.
* MBA or EMBA.
* Multilingual skills area plus.
