**Group Controller / Data Analyst**
**Your Job**
- Set up of monthly management reportings and preparation of KPI, plan/actual comparison and ad hoc analyses for management purposes
- Preparation of monthly presente-to-budget analyses for management purposes and reporting
- Monitoring and validation of the affiliates’ financial reportings to the parent company
- Strategic set up and development of the reporting structure in PowerBI
- Participation in the yearly budgeting process on group level, responsibility for individual affiliates’ budgets
- Review of sales and revenue forecast based on SalesForce data as well as other Sales Controlling processes
- Integration of newly acquired affiliates into the controlling processes
- Standardisation and automatization of reporting processes
- Contribution to ensure excellence in organizational development and process improvement for the reporting processes and internal controlling instruments
- Responsibility for subprojects in the light of the internationalisation of the group
- Close cooperation with business unit and projects heads as well as foreign affiliates
**Your Profile**
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant;
- At least 1-5 years of experience in finance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, reporting, business analyses, or audit
- Proven experience in multinational companies and international business (matrix organization would be helpful)
- If possible, previous experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences industries and organizations
- High IT affinity
- Strong analytical skills and excellent excel modelling knowledge
- Knowledge on Lucanet, Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics etc. is a plus
- Proven experience in managing sub projects preferable
- Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in English; German language skills would be a plus;
- Business minded, result orientated, and with high attention to detail with a realistic approach towards cost-benefit for reporting;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team playing skills, good organizational, autonomy and problem-solving abilities.
