About the Role
Due to continued growth across Europe, 3DISC is expanding its leadership team with the addition of a Commercial Director for Southern Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This role focuses on leading regional strategy and driving the adoption of 3DISC Products through close collaboration with distributors and high-level dental professionals. The ideal candidate has deep dental industry experience and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Support: Lead the delivery of product training, demonstrations, and high-level sales support for 3DISC Products to distributors and customers.
· Channel Leadership: Orchestrate support for channel partners in sales activities, including executive joint visits and co-travel.
· Partnership Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, dentists, laboratories, and major purchasing stakeholders.
· Market Expansion: Actively develop new business opportunities and expand the market presence of 3DISC Products across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
· Executive Presence: Represent 3DISC at regional congresses, exhibitions, and key marketing events.
· Performance Analytics: Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities and track regional performance KPIs.
Requirements
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in dental, digital dentistry, or imaging-related sales leadership.
· Market Expertise: Solid understanding of the digital dentistry ecosystem.
· Professional Background: Background as a Dentist or Dental Technician is strongly preferred.
· Market Network: An existing dental market network in Southern Europe is a significant advantage.
· Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Spain, Portugal, and Italy).
· Linguistics: Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian or Portuguese is a plus).
