Job Overview UPS is looking for an Operations Supervisor with forward-thinking, analytical and communication skills to manage operational coordination at the UPS Málaga facility and oversight of activities at the Coín facility (managed by an external provider).
Responsibilities Daily operational coordination at the UPS Málaga facility and oversight of activities at the Coín facility (managed by an external provider).
Full management of the operational team (warehouse staff and administrative personnel): shift planning, task allocation, team leadership, and development.
Supervision and control of service providers: 2 last-mile delivery providers and 1 agent responsible for Ceuta and Melilla.
Monitoring and achievement of key KPIs related to service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a safe and efficient working environment.
Support and collaboration with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with key customers in the region.

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent.
High level of English.
