The role will focus on media relations, large-scale event planning, and cross-market collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop annual PR strategies and product launch communication plans for the X Series, ensuring alignment with global guidelines Establish standardized regional PR processes covering media management, event execution, and crisis response Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic adjustments Media Relations & Event Management Plan and execute regional media events, including:Press conferences, product experience eventsMedia interviews, roundtables, and in-depth engagement sessions Manage end-to-end event execution:Conceptualization and program designPreparation of media materials and keynote presentationsMedia invitation and hospitality planningOn-site execution and post-event follow-up Build and maintain relationships with key European media outlets; regularly update media databases Content & Communications Oversee the production of regional PR content to ensure message consistency and quality Develop standardized communication toolkits for multi-market use Monitor media coverage and sentiment analysis; produce regular performance reports Collaboration & Coordination Serve as a bridge between general HQ and local European markets to ensure efficient information flow Coordinate internal and external resources, including integrated marketing teams, project groups, and media partners Support local market teams in resolving challenges related to localized execution Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of PR experience in the technology industry, preferably with mobile or consumer electronics brands Proven experience managing cross-market PR projects in Europe Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Hands-on experience in planning and executing media events Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and to China Preferred Previous experience with other mobile brands Proficiency in additional European languages Strong existing network within tech media Practical experience in crisis management
