What You’ll Do
Drive the roadmap and execution for a developer-facing platform that supports model deployment and inference at scale. Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies, user stories, and documentation. Champion product management practices, fostering alignment and efficiency across teams. Monitor product adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. Provide clear visibility on progress, trade-offs, and priorities to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years in a technical role with strong product-facing experience, and 2+ years in product or program management. Strong understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and the large language model ecosystem. Familiarity with ML infrastructure, model deployment, or related technologies. Proven ability to define requirements, write user stories, and manage backlogs. Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Full professional proficiency in English. Experience with ML inference systems, developer tools, or scaling AI products. Background in distributed systems, MLOps, or enterprise-grade platforms. Experience setting up product management practices in a growing team.
