WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* University degree in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience in internal communications within a global IT organization, consultancy, or IS/IT provider
* Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English
* Working knowledge of IT and business environments
* Experience communicating across different cultures and organizational levels
* Skilled in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and HTML
* Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Canva, WalkMe, and Vevox
* Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, virtual, and global team environments
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver communication initiatives
* Write, edit, and publish content across internal channels (e.G. SharePoint, Viva Engage, intranet)
* Develop materials like newsletters, email announcements, posters, and tip sheets
* Contribute to onboarding content and welcome videos
* Support multimedia content creation, including basic video editing and graphic design
* Maintain and update internal communication platforms and sites
* Assist in the execution of internal campaigns and storytelling around IT Security & Compliance
