A global player in the renewable energy industry is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative based in Madrid to support core HR operations across multiple countries.The adecuado candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to optimizing HR processes in a dynamic and international environment.This is a temporary position to cover a leave of absence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and personal files in the HRIS and physical archives.Monitor and manage employee attendance, vacation, and leave requests.Administer benefits in the assigned countries.Oversee and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and requirements.Manage HR invoicing processes and coordinate with vendors.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in the HR Administration/Operations area, within an international scope.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.Solid knowledge of HRIS platforms. BambooHR is a plus.Familiarity with invoicing process tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in dynamic environments.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
