We are looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Getafe
Your Tasks Will Be
Plan, organize and coordinate all work in the projects to ensure the project timelines and quality of deliverables according to the process defined in the company and by the customer.Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing).Analyze the risk to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective actionCoordinate management and technical decisions as well as the communication with the customerManagement of subcontractorsDefinition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activitiesCentralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders:
Determine the blocking points in the progress of the project,Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitoredPrepare, coordinate, animate internal / external reviews and write reports (MoM),
Requirements
About you:
Good experience in the aeronautic sector - especially Airframe designCapacity to lead teamsKnow how to prioritize tasks and actions,Knowledge of aircraft lifecycle managementAbility to work in an international matrix structureAbility to Analyze & Synthesize:
Communication Skills:
Conveying and receiving ideas and information directly to others or through various media to foster understanding and create productive working relationshipsAbility to work under pressureFluent Spanish and English.Proficiency in Office-like tools and in particular Excel and MS ProjectGood financial backgroundExcellent writing skills
