P TERCIO and its West Lyon office are recruiting for one of their clients, specialized in the manufacturing distribution of connected medical devices, a: /pp Sales Representative / Business Developer (m/f) /p pb Your mission /b /pp Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Northern Spain and the Central region. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers. /p pb In this context, your main responsibilities are: /b /pulli Define and master your sales territory, including prospects, market dynamics, and competitors /lili Identify and approach qualified prospects through cold calling, field prospecting, and digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram) /lili Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations (medical devices, software, or related solutions) /lili Convert qualified leads (provided by SDR teams or self-sourced) into customers /lili Negotiate contracts in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure deal closure /lili Manage follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships /lili Track sales performance and ensure reporting against revenue targets /lili Share customer insights and market feedback with Customer Success and Product teams /lili Contribute to marketing and promotional actions, including trade fairs and congresses /li /ul p Your profile /pp You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment. /p ulli Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferred /lili Professional level of English Spanish required /lili Experience in healthcare, medical devices, connected objects, software, or related industries is a strong advantage /lili Proven experience in cold calling, field sales, and digital prospecting /lili Comfortable delivering technical product demonstrations and training clients on software solutions /lili Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills /lili Excellent time management and organizational abilities /lili Good command of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce /lili Willingness to travel across Northern Spain and the Central area (including Madrid) /li /ul p Salary benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided /p
