Your mission
Support the marketing and communications team in various tasks related to promoting Schiller International University.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Social media strategy: Design and implement the organic social media strategy in coordination with the marketing department.
2. Social media management: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok): lead organic strategy, create engagement, plan content, monitor engagement, create monthly reports, and work with agencies for community management.
3. Content creation: Develop content for social media posts, including copies, visuals, and videos.
4. Event coverage: Cover events and activities planned by the University.
5. Benchmarking: Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to gather insights for strategy development.
6. Campaign support: Assist the marketing team with videos, scripts, copies, and industry insights.
7. Analytics and reporting: Analyze data, generate reports, assess effectiveness, and track KPIs.
8. Communication coordination: Coordinate internal and external communications on social media with the Chief Communications Officer and other departments.
9. Collaboration and support: Work closely with the marketing and communications team and GEDU groups to support initiatives and optimize synergies.
10. Agency collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing agency to maintain brand voice on social media.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
* Proven expertise in social media marketing and platforms.
* Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
* Proficiency in Spanish.
* Strategic thinking for marketing campaigns.
* Strong copywriting skills for social media.
* Ability to analyze marketing data.
* Excellent organizational skills to monitor multiple platforms.
* Effective communication skills for reporting and liaising with agencies.
* Community-building skills and ability to handle high-pressure interactions.
* Tech-savviness for visual content creation and collaboration.
* Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
* Flexibility to prioritize impactful activities.
* Creativity to improve performance.
* Passion for education and marketing.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut Pro, Figma).
* Experience in front-of-camera presentation.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Hootsuite, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Meltwater).
