We’re seeking a Cyber Business Analyst to join our global security operations team. You’ll work across teams to translate client needs into technical solutions, refine processes, and deliver metrics that show real value.
What you’ll do:
* Act as the key link between clients, business units, and our security operations teams
* Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical specifications
* Optimise workflows, streamline delivery, and document SOPs
* Design and manage the SOC’s performance metrics and reporting program
* Represent security operations in cross‑functional projects and initiatives
What you’ll bring:
* 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (ideally within security)
* Strong grasp of cybersecurity operations and technologies (SIEM, EDR, threat intel)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proven experience in requirements gathering, process design, and data‑driven reporting
