The Director of Business Unit will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the EVcharge business unit, including strategy, sales, marketing, and product development.
**Responsabilities**:
- Develop and execute the EVcharge business unit's strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the electric mobility industry.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services**.**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electric mobility or SaaS industries, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
