The position acts as a key point of contact between customers, technicians, internal departments, suppliers, and headquarters, ensuring smooth execution of service operations, spare parts management, logistics, and administrative support.
Customer Service:
· Act as the first point of contact for customers, attending service-related requests and inquiries.
· Provide customer service support regarding spare parts, service interventions, and administrative matters.
Spare Parts & Order Management
· Manage spare parts requests end-to-end, from offer preparation to final delivery: offer preparation; order creation, transport follow-up and invoicing.
· Manage purchases from spare parts suppliers.
· Create, update, and maintain spare parts references and related data in SAP
Service Operations Support
· Organize and support technicians’ business trips, including flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
Control, upload, and maintain required documentation on EHS and CAE platforms, especially for customer on-site activities.
