Responsibilities
- Call handling and screening
- Overseeing daily front desk operations
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing mail and courier services
- Organizing and coordinating meeting room and other facility bookings
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the center's daily operations
- Ensuring the proper condition of the facilities and reporting any incidents
- Supporting the organization of events and activities within the center
Qualifications
- University degree or Executive/Personal Assistant qualification
- Native English (preferably British) or Spanish candidate with native/bilingual English level
- Previous experience working in educational institutions or international environments
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, or Secretary
- Advanced user of MS Office, new technologies, digital applications, and AI tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skill
