The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate with the Trademark & Planning Manager in translating brand strategy into flawless execution. This role focuses on bringing the brand to life in the physical world, managing trade activations, and ensuring the correct implementation of our portfolio priorities in the market.
What You Can Expect
Main Objectives:
- Contribute effectively to the conception, creation, execution, and monitoring of annual brand plans with a strong focus on BTL and Trade implementation.
- Direct the development, execution, and monitoring of brand initiatives across physical channels and platforms.
- Ensure best-in-class execution at the Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Consumption (POC).
Responsibilities:
- Execution & Monitoring: Direct the execution and monitoring of brand initiatives. Perform regular market visits (On & Off Premise) to ensure the proper execution of the brand strategy, detect areas of opportunity, and solve execution gaps.
- Customer Marketing & Activation: Interact with strategic partners (Trade Marketing, Sales) to co-lead the execution of activations and materials. Presentation of marketing initiatives to the sales force.
- VAP Platform: Total responsibility for the Value Added Packaging (VAP) platform, from planning to execution.
- Budget & Analysis: Monitor and supervise the specific execution budget. Analyze and synthesize brand KPIs related to execution (Distribution, Visibility, Sell-out) generating relevant information.
- Project Management: Management of assigned BTL projects: time, resources, project closure; results, key learning.
- Direct and manage strategic partnerships (agencies, internal areas, and staff, customers, suppliers, etc.).
- Create briefs, projections of proposals and recommendations, as well as; manage daily work (follow-up, feedback, etc.).
What You Bring to the Table
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Business or similar.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven brand-building and marketing success stories.
Preferably in FMCG's integral companies and recognized brands.
English : Intermediate (both written and spoken)

- Winning at the POP/POC (Strong): Deep understanding of trade dynamics and execution standards.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple physical activations simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to measure execution effectiveness (Sell-out, Distribution).
- Solve problems in creative and innovative ways, specifically related to logistics and implementation.
- Leadership of multifunctional teams (Sales, Trade, Agencies).
Personal Skills:
- Results/achievement oriented with a "boots on the ground" mentality.
- Ease in communicating and influencing Sales teams and customers.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-moving environment (Trade/On-Premise).
What Makes You Unique
- Experience (Industry Niche): Experience in Shopper Marketing, Category Management, or Trade Marketing within the Spirits, FMCG, or Luxury sectors.
- Production & VAP Knowledge: Familiarity with the production process of Value Added Packaging (VAP), printing materials, or procurement of Point of Sale (POS) assets.
- On-Premise Insider: Previous background in the hospitality or nightlife industry (e.g., bar management, high-end event production) is a strong plus for understanding our customers' reality.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand retail math (margins, markups) and supply chain basics to ensure efficient implementation of materials and stock.
- Relationships: Proven track record of building strong negotiation-based relationships with vendors, suppliers, and on-ground staff.
