The role includes assisting with marketing materials, communication documents, website content, social media, newsletters, internal communications, and brand visibility initiatives. /ppbr/ppMingothings International is part of a group of technology companies, you may also support communication tasks related to other brands within the group, always under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications team. /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the creation and update of marketing materials, catalogues, presentations and communication documents. /liliHelp organize a central database of useful links, documents, and communication resources. /liliSupport website content updates and contribute to new website projects. /liliSupport the preparation of social media content, including copy, visuals and adapted messages for different channels. /liliHelp prepare newsletters, internal communications, press releases, and corporate content. /liliHelp identify communication opportunities such as contests, calls for speakers, exhibitions, and events. /liliSupport the preparation of partnership, sponsorship and visibility materials. /liliHelp prepare onboarding communication materials, including email signatures, digital business cards, and employee packs. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliCurrently enrolled in a school, university or training program that can provide a valid internship agreement. /liliInterest in marketing, communication, branding, and design. /liliGood written and spoken English skills. /liliSpanish is a plus. /liliOrganized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. /liliBasic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. /liliKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, website tools, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppThis internship offers hands-on experience in an international business environment.
