There are roles where you manage services. And there are roles where you define how they are built, stabilized, and scaled from day one. This is one of the latter.
At NTT DATA, we are looking for someone to lead infrastructure service transitions in complex international environments, where every decision directly impacts service continuity, quality, and long-term performance.
The context
You will be part of a team working with international organisations, where governance, coordination, and operational excellence are critical. This is not about maintaining services. It’s about making them work — from the very beginning.
Your impact
You will own end-to-end service transition processes, ensuring every phase — from planning to stabilization — is operationally solid.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and executing end-to-end transition plans (scope, milestones, risks, dependencies)
Establishing governance frameworks : reporting cadence, escalation paths, decision forums
Leading transition-in and transition-out processes ensuring service continuity
Ensuring high-quality knowledge transfer (runbooks, procedures, shadowing)
Validating service readiness (SLAs, KPIs, support model, reporting)
Driving hypercare and stabilization phases until formal service acceptance
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in IT service transition or infrastructure service delivery
Strong understanding of ITIL / Service Management frameworks
Experience working in international and multi-stakeholder environments
Solid background in defining and managing SLAs, KPIs, and governance models
A service-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence
Ability to lead across teams without direct authority
Benefits
Hybrid and flexible working model
Financial support for remote work
Life insurance
Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transport, childcare, etc.)
Access to corporate discounts and benefits platform
Wellbeing programs (mental health & sports)
Continuous learning and funded training opportunities
