Responsibilities:
* Follow up of APQP for new components
* Product and process validation and approval of new components and engineering changes
* Perform R@R at supplier for critical launches.
* Definition of incoming inspection plans and follow up of supplier Early Production Containment.
* Follow-up derogations requested by suppliers
* Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that Vibracoustic specifications and procedures are fully accomplished and quality of components is guaranteed
* Issue complaints and follow up problem solving activities with supplier to ensure the implementation of containment activities and corrective and preventive actions in case of quality deviations.
* Ensure the recovery in case of costs incurred by suppliers.
* Develop and support suppliers
* Schedule, plan and perform process audits in supplier when required
Qualifications:
* University degree education or equivalent in Engineering. Specialization in Mechanics or Organization preferred.
* Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in the automotive industry.
